Please re-instate me as a direct member of ~motu

Iain Lane had a similar request (and reason: sentimental value) sometime
recently, and it was granted with no issue. It's a no-op in terms of
permissions, but I like saying I am a direct member of MOTU (and have it visible
that it was attained on "x date," which is restored when being re-added).
