Server packageset update request

Hi,

The ubuntu-server packageset has some inconsistencies regarding a few
(possibly manually inserted) packages. Namely, the PHP, PostgreSQL, and
MySQL ones.

Some entries refer to packages that no longer exist in specific series
and some entries are missing for those.

Could we get these entries updated?

Below is a list of what should change for php, postgresql, and mysql.

Note that there are other packages containing versions in their package
names in those packagesets. Some are correct (possibly due to automation
on the list generation), such as llvm-toolchain-X.Y, and some are bogus
as well, such as ruby-X.Y.

Since I understand there are plans to improve the packageset lists
generation, this is not a comprehensive list to manually fix all
inconsistencies with the server packageset, instead, these fixes are
intended to reduce the load on sponsors for the server team based on how
workloads are current split within the team.
