Rescheduling regular DMB meeting day/time

Thank you for starting this discussion, Dan.

As for me, I guess I'll adjust to the preferences of other DMB
members. It's hard for me to get a static availability table for me as
my schedule is quite busy with a lot of moving parts - as long as it
doesn't conflict with any other official Ubuntu meetings I am part of.
I must say I liked having the meeting on Mondays, but it's probably
just due to habit.
