I think the alternative meeting schedule is valuable in enabling
candidates across a wider set of timezones to make meetings, so I'm
against collapsing them into one.

+1 - this is the option that maximises our availability to candidates,
assuming that the 1500 meetings are no longer feasible due to
attendance.

I'm less keen on this because it would mean that we alternate between 15
UTC and 16 UTC, which is a narrow range and would restrict our
availability to candidates.
My preference order is therefore quite strongly 2, 3, 1, with 3 and 1
being really not preferable at all.
