Rescheduling regular DMB meeting day/time

That's absolutely fair. My concern is that we have a hard enough time
getting board members to just attend our current meetings, and now
we've had only 4 of 7 board members even respond to a call for better
preferred times, so I'm concerned this will fall into the pit of 'no
change due to nobody engaging'.

If we really do need to hold a vote on this though, I'll go ahead and start it:

This email is an official proposal to change the DMB meetings to
fortnightly meetings on the same weekly schedule as before, but
changing the day/time to Wed at 17:00 UTC.

This email is my +1, all other board members please send your votes by email.

Keep in mind, unless we reach quorum votes this week, next week's
meeting will remain at the previously scheduled day/time.
