CoreDev membership application

Hi Alex,

Sorry, I realised at the meeting yesterday that I had the action to
arrange this.

In general I can also make meetings that finish by 12:30 UTC or 20:30
UTC.

It sounds like we can move the meeting and enough people will be able to
attend, so we just need to fix a final date and time.

Since your attendence is essential but the odd DMB member can miss it,
can I suggest that you propose a couple of the dates listed at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DeveloperMembershipBoard/Agenda which don't have
any applicants scheduled, but at a time that you can make and also works
for as many DMB members as possible based on this thread? Then based on
DMB member response we can pick one and move that day's meeting time and
conduct the meeting with one agenda item (yours) only. I suggest
allowing an hour, though hopefully we'll be done long before that.
