You need to start getting more than 6 hours of sleep ;-)

I can most likely make either time as well, though I will note that
Alex mentioned *ending* by 12:30 UTC or 22:30 UTC, so we should likely
plan to start at 12:00 or 22:00 UTC, or maybe even 11:30 or 21:30 UTC
to give us a full hour.
