request to add jsunit to the mozilla packageset

Hello,

I'd like to request that jsunit be added to the mozilla packageset.
jsunit is a test dependency of enigmail, and its autopkgtests depend on
thunderbird.

As an aside, I'm going to apply for upload permission to that package set,
and having jsunit in it would make that application even more relevant.
