Membership to Ubuntu MATE uploaded expired over the weekend

Ah, and for the record, I just realised that ~ubuntu-mate-uploaders was
set to "invite them to apply for renewal" instead of "invite them to
renew their own membership" contrary to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DeveloperMembershipBoard/KnowledgeBase#Packagesets.
I've fixed that now. Sorry for the trouble, Martin!
