Please add bchoppr and bslizr to ubuntustudio packageset

Lukasz,

Could you also update the exceptions file in:

git.launchpad.net/~developer-membership-board/+git/packageset

and follow the README file and update all pkgsets (-devel) whenever you
do it.

The "changes" generate file should include your change. For already
released Ubuntu versions, the process is still manual.
