Refresh the packagesets

Hey there,

Could someone do a refresh of the packagesets by doing the steps in
https://git.launchpad.net/~developer-membership-board/+git/packageset/tree/README
?

Unsure what's the standard process/if you usually just commit was is in
the changes, but if not those additions to desktop at least would be
welcome (the changes show in a drymode update tested locally)

Would add sources to ubuntu-desktop:
amtk
duplicity
gamemode
grilo
libhandy
tepl
totem-pl-parser

the additions to desktop-core look also to make sense mostly (unsure why
e.g pulseaudio is being removed though?)
