Hi Clint!
I hope things are well. Sorry to see you leaving ~ubuntu-core-dev; thank
you for all your previous work and for contacting us to keep your other
memberships in order!

Your ~ubuntu-core-dev membership is showing as expired, which I guess is
correct for your current requested status.
I think that if I add you to ~ubuntu-dev, then that'll hold your Ubuntu
membership in place. This is usually used for PPU and packageset
uploaders[1]. I believe this would also retain things like voting rights
to Ubuntu elections limited to the set of Ubuntu developers, such as the
Technical Board and Developer Membership Board elections. I believe that
membership of ~ubuntu-dev in itself doesn't grant any upload access,
which I think also sounds right for your requested status, and makes
sense from the least-privilege-required security principle in case of
compromise.
Assuming that nobody points out that I'm mistaken or that it'd be wrong
technically to add you to ~ubuntu-dev, would be you be happy with this
status?
If you'd prefer to also leave ~ubuntu-dev, then I expect that we (the
Developer Membership board) can ask the Community Council or one of the
membership boards to add you as an Ubuntu Member directly, recognising
your previous contributions to stand on their own.
Robie
