Meeting schedule off-by-one?

Christmas and New Year's Day were both Mondays. Monday, January 15th
was a US holiday. If there were an applicant, I thought going an
entire month without offering a meeting would be frustrating.

I did try to ask others on the DMB about the proposed schedule on IRC,
but next time, I should probably email the list too, before making
that kind of schedule shift.

I'm fine with switching back to the previous schedule (as if we had
never skipped one week). It turns out we didn't have any applicants
during that period anyway.
