ubuntugnome packageset question

To be clear, we have no intention of making ISOs corresponding with
this new metapackage. Since we're still building Ubuntu GNOME images
for the remaining 16.04 point releases, I guess I need to make a new
seed to change the metapackage name.

Where does the desktop-extra packageset come from? It looks like it is
not automatically generated.

I guess y'all do want the ubuntu-gnome packageset to continue to be
autogenerated. So we do need to add the new metapackage to
livecd-rootfs, right?
