Today the DMB voted to:

  * Grant Mattia Rizzolo (mapreri) MOTU and also PPU to pbuilder and
    libreoffice-dictionaries.

  * Grant Gianfranco Costamagna (LocutusOfBorg) core dev.

Congratulations to Mattia and Gianfranco, and thank you for your
contributions to Ubuntu!
