Please add seeded packages to xubuntu packageset

This was already in xubuntu.

> * light-locker-settings
> * menulibre
> * mugshot
> * xfce4-whiskermenu-plugin

I just ran the script which manages these packagesets for the first time
in a while, and these packages (amongst others) all got added.
