Most of the DMB was at UDS last week and have probably been back in
their home countries for less than 24 hours at this point.  (I wasn't
there, but it was release week at work, so there was a bit of
working-til-2-in-the-morning)

The next meeting is scheduled for the 23rd at 1700 UTC, if I'm
translating timezones correctly.  I've now updated the agenda page.
