Application for per-package uploader

Dear All,

I submitted an application for uploading two weeks ago, but due to
time constraints, we couldn't get to it.  I see that the team agenda
for next time's meeting is also not getting updated, so I am a little
concerned that the membership process can become much longer than i
originally thought.

it would be great to get the packages described in my application into
oneric, so what would you guys suggest to make the process go as
smooth as possible?
