Reapplication for core-dev

Hi all,

As my core-dev LP membership recently expired while I was traveling
for work without Internet access, I hereby formally reapply for
core-dev. My application is at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DanielTChen/CoreDevReApplication. Because the
meeting time today (1400 UTC) conflicts with standard US business work
hours, and because my employer heavily restricts Internet access, I am
unable to attend the IRC meeting. However, I am reachable via email.
