Request for unban

Hi!

First of all, I would like to thank everyone who believe in me and my
work for all these years, but also my appologies to Scott Kitterman
and Sarah Hobbs, I really hope one day I can be forgiven.

I'm sending this e-mail to ask for a review of my ban in Ubuntu
development. I've done an wiki Participation Application with the help
of Emmet Hikory to show how things have changed since last time and
how the work I've done in Debian/Ubuntu have changed my way to
interact with the community and the respect of their work.

I'll accept any decision about this subject.
