Recovering my upload rights

Hello,

Some time ago, I lost my ubuntu-dev, ubuntu-coredev and ubuntu-members
upload rights as I hadn't renewed my LP memberships. I managed to get
my ubuntu-members membership back so I can use my @ubuntu.com email
again, but I was wondering if it would be possible to recover my
upload rights as well.

I have quite a few packages to contribute (mostly server software such
as db5.0, mysql-server-5.1 or dbxml) and I'd be happy to upload them.

Please let me know what can be done.
