+ Sometimes X11 programs take ages to start, there is no CPU activity and
+ the programs seem to wait for something. Same affected programs are
+ gthumb, openoffice, totem, but e.g. firefox is not affected. The
+ behaviour does not always occur, but if, then it happens for all
