[Bug 69418] Progress bar has no distinguishing color.

Public bug reported:

In Edgy the progress bar, that was orange in Dapper, has no color or
distinguishing marks.  Can't tell how much of a file was downloaded or
transfered. An easy reproduction of this event would be in synaptic.
Download anything.
