Hi. Thanks for the bug report.

I've did a test here in my machine and it worked fine.

Please, check if the url really contains www. (I mean the dns entry
contains 'www' part.)

In other words, i guess the problem is not nautilus, but the url itself.
Can you access that ftp server via command line ftp command?
