[Bug 47669] Menu entry has lost its translation in at least Finnish

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gaim

The translation used to be there earlier in the dapper era, and has been
translated in Rosetta (where the .desktop strings have fortunately been
included nowadays). However, doing a fresh dapper installation now, Gaim
is only shown as "Gaim Internet Messenger" (not translated), as the
.desktop file misses the translation for at least Finnish.
