Fixed with that update:

 gnome-session (2.15.92-0ubuntu2) edgy; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/patches/11_session_dialog.patch:
     - updated the name of the dbus methods to query gnome-power-manager sleep
       and hibernate, make those actions work again from the session dialog
