[Bug 40480] Flags on "Language Support" and "Find Local Support" should be removed

Description:
I dont feel that having flags on these menu items is apropriate.
Many people will disagree with the choice of flags from a personalisation point of view ("why do only USA and Germany get flags there, why isnt it localised?"), and many from a political perspective.
To many people the USA's and Germany's flags are things they would rather not see again.
I'm asking that the flags be made some sort of colours only, without logos, or the graphic changed entirely.

System -> Administration -> Language Support
System -> Help -> Find Local Support
