I can also reproduce this bug. The information is probably correct because the
battery does seem to discharge a little bit after it has been a lot of time on
AC power and drop below 100% (according to ACPI at least).

What used to happen was that the AC-online icon would always be correct but
after a while, when the battery dropped below 100% it would stop showing "-/--"
to show "10:00" because it would never end up charging. Now it doesn't show the
AC icon, probably because it sees it's discharging and thinks AC must be off.
Both situations suck a bit... :)
