Ubuntu | gnome-session
Summary: "your session has been saved" when trying to logout
Product: Ubuntu
Version: unspecified
Platform: Other
OS/Version: other
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: gnome-session
AssignedTo: seb128 at ubuntu.com
ReportedBy: toojays at toojays.net
QAContact: desktop-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com
The PC is an up to date Breezy install. The problem does not happen with my
account, but does happen with my girlfriend's account.
When she tries to logout (System->Logout), a dialog box comes up saying "Your
session has been saved". When you click "OK" on that dialog box, it just puts
you straight back to the desktop, and does not actually logout. If you then try
and logout a second time, it works (i.e. it logs out, does not pop up a message
box).
This happens when you choose shutdown or reboot instead of logout, but does not
happen if you choose hibernate.
