"Upstream" means that's a bug with the software, not the package. ie: it's not
distribution specific. The right place for those bugs is where the code is
written, bugzilla.gnome.org for GNOME applications. Feel free to send the bug
upstream if want to reply to their question/eventually try patches, other way
you can just send bug again the distribution, we get the required information
and send it upstream.
