           Summary: No workspaces
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: i386
               URL: file:///home/paul/Desktop/Screenshot.png
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: metacity
        AssignedTo: seb128 at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: bugzilla at munsdesign.com
         QAContact: desktop-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

There are no workspaces on bottom default panel at reboot from latest (2nd)
update 'Breezy': 1 Oct 05. Start any program and MINIMIZE it and it disappears!
It is not retrievable by ctrl-alt-arrow keys. The workspaces appear in middle
of screen but are empty. There is no way to make the workspaces appear in any
panel or get back minimized running programs. SYSTEM / PREFERENCES on top menu
should have settings to control workspaces--nothing in system addresses this
completely. Without this expected functioning of workspaces or retrieval of
minimized processes, Ubuntu is not usable.
