Hi!

I explicit wanted to send the mail as EUC-KR, because the reciver was not able
to handle different character encoding. I know, the real problem is on that
side, but it was a hotmail user, so that problem might be common. Because
Evolution didn't told me what it was doing, I send the mail twice as UTF-8,
before I realized, that the fife German umlauts where the problem.

But you are probably right, that this matter could confuse the user, so the info
window should be as simple as possible. For example: "Some of characters in your
mail cannot be used with the current character encoding (EUC-KR). It is
recommended to send it with UTF-8 encoding. [Cancel] [Send with UTF-8]". But if
the user explicitly selected a character encoding, it is probably the worst
thing you can do, to change it back behind his back.
