[Bug 20456] Submenus can not be moved back to the root-menu "Applications" after once moved to another Menu. (Using Smeg, but bug in gnome-menus!)

Thanks for your bug. Do you have a pointer to the smeg bug? Usually you reassign
the bug to the right product instead of creating a new one, so the bug has the
reason why it has been reassigned by example.
