Next Release of Checkbox (2017-07-17 Release Candidate) available in Testing PPA

Please help testing this version. If everything is OK, I plan to push it
to stable next week.

*HIGHLIGHT*
- year prefix removal in all provider namespaces:
   e.g: 2013.com.canonical.certification --> com.canonical.certification
   All certifications providers and core packages have been updated.

*New features*
- checkbox-cli is the only console script provided by checkbox-ng.
   Old scripts like checkbox, checkbox-launcher and checkbox-submit have 
been
   removed. checkbox-cli gets two new subcommands:
       $ checkbox-cli check-config
       $ checkbox-cli submit # (compatible with the staging submission 
service)
- checkbox sru command is no longer available, replaced by a new launcher.
- Collapse categories by default in xlsx report.
- Speed optimization for plainbox session bootstrap.
- checkbox provider part can now be added along with snappy provider in 
snaps.
