multi-pull using the parent_location on the server branch?

Oh, wait, I think this was user error and my fault.  I think I was 
trying to multi-pull into that remote directory.  I thought bzr 
multi-pull location on a fresh set of repos would set their parent 
locations to location/subdir but if I set the parents locally then it 
works fine.  Mea culpa.
