multi-pull using the parent_location on the server branch?

There's also something going on with it sitting there spinning...if I 
multi-pull it just sits there fetching 4kbps, if I go into each subdir 
and pull it does 100mbps and is finished immediately.  I haven't looked 
into this yet.
