I apologize if I'm out of date.  It's been quite a while since I was last 
actively reading this mailing list.

However, I'm not aware of any discussions on this list regarding the CLA in the 
last couple of years at least.  So unless there's been something ongoing that 
I've missed (in which case, I apologize), it might be worth at least quickly 
raising the issue again, just to see if the response is different.  (It loses 
nothing to ask, after all.)

BTW, doesn't bzr's being a GNU project have any effect/influence on this, in 
terms of who gets to say whether a CLA is required?  Or is it GNU who is asking 
for this now?
