Bazaar Subtree help

Hi,

I am trying to setup some repo using subtrees, using the documentation from:
http://doc.bazaar.canonical.com/developers/nested-trees.html

Now, it looks like "bzr branch --nested ... " is not supported yet in bzr
2.6b1

So, I assume subtrees are only for 2.7 version.
Also, since is not released as installer in Windows, is it reasonable
stable (for me to grabbing it at launchpad and use in production repos)?
