Thank you for your reply Mr. Saed.  The URL of the bzr translation page is:

Is there a web page URL I can refer potential translators to that
describes the conditions and skills they must have to be approved in
the Arabic team?  Should I refer them to you or one of the other team
administrators in order to facilitate the approval process?
