[Bzr-packagers] [ANN] bzr-2.6.0 has been frozen !

I know I'm late to the party. However, there is a wee snag: bzr-pipeline
1.4 (and trunk tip) considers bzr 2.6.0 to be too new and won't load. I
could drop it from the installer, but that's a pain in the ass for my
scripts and tools. I'd rather it was updated to be compatible. Is it simply
a matter of changing the maximum_bzrlib_version in the plugin?
