Bazaar Mac installer no longer opens by default on Mountain Lion

Thanks for letting us know. I've added a note about this to the OS X
downloads page on the Bazaar wiki.

As for whether I will be getting a Mac developer license to sign the
installers... Not sure. I am dabbling in iOS development, which will
require getting a developer license if I want to test my apps on an actual
device. So maybe sometime in the future.
