For me, "bzr plugins" on fencepost shows fastimport 0.10.0dev, not
0.9.  Which is still old.

Not on MS-Windows ;-)  Sorry, I was talking about the Windows
installer provided by http://wiki.bazaar.canonical.com/Download.

As for fencepost, just ask the sysadmins to upgrade.
