Without trying to be offensive, that seems a little too specialized to make
a good GSOC project, "fix up a plugin for one specific IDE", useful though
the end result might be to a few people; IDEA is certainly well down the
list of most popular IDEs...  And probably a mentor could be found for the
bzr side, but it seems it would need one on the IDEA side as well?
