Three patches are applied to bzr. Two of them are to solve build issues:
removing the pdb line left in by you-know-who and renaming the bzr texinfo
builder for sphinx so that it doesn't clash with the builtin texinfo
builder in newer versions of sphinx. The last patch works around the lack
of easily accessible cacerts in OS X by bundling the cacert.pem downloaded
from http://curl.haxx.se/ca/cacert.pem and patching _urllib2_wrappers.py to
configure bzr to use this bundled cacert.pem.
