Right, I see it in lib/library.zip and the *.pyd DLLs in lib/.

But this arrangement means that users cannot install a newer dulwich
in site-packages, because lib/library.zip comes first in sys.path.
The only way to install a newer version of dulwich would be to
manually delete dulwich from library.zip.

Is this a good idea?
