What specifically?

The main motivating thing I had was
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr/+bug/491196> which is now done.  There
is bug 832042 (config files read repeatedly) but as that's a
performance issue we should rank it against other performance bugs,
and then I don't think it would be top of the list.

I'd like that more.
