bzr-xmloutput 0.8.7 not compatible with bzr 2.4.1

Hi,

When I use "xmlannotate" with bzr 2.4.1 and xmloutput 0.8.7 I get an error:

francis at murr make-templated $ /opt/local/bin/bzr xmlannotate --no-aliases WEB-INF/src/com/bright/assetbank/entity/relationship/service/AssetRelationshipManager.java

It works fine if I use the latest lp:bzr-xmloutput code - looks like it was fixed in r156. As far as I can tell 0.8.7 is the latest release of xmloutput though - perhaps a new release could be made?
