Colocated branch progress

That makes sense in general when you specify a location - bug filed as 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr/+bug/833665

The other commands are usually used in an existing control directory, 
where they will just use the default colocated branch. switch allows 
changing the currently active branch so is a bit special in this regard.
