I just pushed initial work on debian packaging to:
lp:~andrewsomething/bzr-externals/packaging Though as I don't use it
in any of my workflows, I don't know if I'm up for maintaining this
package in the long run.

Running "bzr builddeb" in that branch will give you a working package.
