- From what I see, bzr.dev 6020 would be fine as the tip of the bzr/2.4
series. We'd still need the docs moved to NEW section rather than being
part of bzr/2.4b5. "flush()" is technically a new api, but I feel it is
safe enough to be in 2.4.0, since it is fully backwards compatible (code
that doesn't use it runs just fine), and it is part of the test
infrastructure.
